Delays, Damages, and Loss

 

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss, damage, and delay transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

 

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

  • Packages lost or damaged in transit.

    We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Any costs for reshipping due to customer error will be borne by the customer.
