These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the state or federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive objections to such jurisdiction and venue.
You further agree that claims shall be brought individually only, and you waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective arbitration, or representative action, and waive the right to a jury trial.
If permitted by law, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Wilmington, Delaware. The award shall be final and binding.
